About Critter Control
30 Years Ago Clark’s Critter Control was born. Five years later Critter Control, Inc. was incorporated and began franchising the concept in 1987. When Wildlife damage complaints in urban areas were increasing all across the United States, and the company averaged a new opening per month for over a decade.
In 2009, Critter Control expanded into environmentally friendly pest management services, with alternatives to traditional chemical applications. Critter Control was one of the first companies in the U.S. to offer Integrated Pest Management (IPM), which includes a variety of ecologically responsible pest management services, products and methods that help to control general insect pests, while addressing concerns about the environment.

Meet The Team
Lance Farlow is a native Oklahoman from Tulsa where he graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Accounting. He previously worked as a CPA and then as a CFO for various companies, such as McDonalds. His hobbies involve SCUBA diving, brewing beer, grilling, boating and travelling. Lance has owned Critter Control of the Triangle since 2012, and has two children who frequently work alongside of him.
Brandy Garrard has been working at Critter Control for five years. She is a North Carolina native who was born and raised in Hillsborough. Brandy has two young daughters. Her hobbies include working on the family farm, where she gardens and produces her own beef, pork, and eggs. In addition, she loves spending time with family, and vacationing at the beach and lake. She relishes working at Critter Control because it gives her the chance to relocate animals and improve their lives, while educating people in the process. Brandy wears multiple hats inside and outside of the office, from being in charge of Public Relations for Critter Control to frequently taking educational visits to camps with church groups.
Al Richards has been an employee with Critter Control for over 18 years. Born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina, Al has established a permanent residence in Mebane. He has two children. Hunting, fishing, and golfing are some of his hobbies. One of his favorite vacation spots is Topsail Beach, NC. As a Wildlife Specialist, Al enjoys working for Critter Control because of his unique experiences outside of the office.
Sidney "Chip" Procter
Chip Proctor is a veteran Wildlife Specialist with Critter Control. As a 14-year employee, Chip’s favorite part of working at Critter Control is helping people resolve issues involving animals. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren, and pet dogs, while also vacationing to Tennessee and Panama.
Wildlife Damage Specialist
Chris Sisk is an Alamance County native who enjoys combining his hobbies and interests with his skillsets as a Critter Control employee. Spending time with his one-year-old daughter is one of the biggest joys in his life. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and wakeboarding. The beach is one of his favorite places to vacation to, where he can take full advantage of unlimited fishing.
Wildlife Damage Specialist
Justin grew up in Hickory, NC and is a carpenter by trade. A graduate of Appalachian State University, Justin also earned his Eagle Scout award in May 2005. Justin recently married and lives in Durham with his wife. He enjoys teaching a crossfit class and travelling.
